Desde SIXHUNTERS buscamos un General Manager para mercado griego, para proyecto a largo plazo, de una Fiber Company propietaria y operadora de una red neutra de FTTH en fase de despliegue, que cuenta con un inversor internacional.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

From SIXHUNTERS, we are looking for a General Manager for the Greek market, for a long-term project at a Fiber Company/open access FTTH network currently in the deployment phase, backed by an international investor.

FUNCIONES

• Dirección general del proyecto en Grecia.

• Ejecución y seguimiento del plan de despliegue FTTH.

• Interlocución directa con inversor y socios.

• Representación institucional e interlocución con organismos, partners y actores clave del mercado griego.

• Coordinación con la dirección técnica del grupo.

• Dinamizador del equipo interno como externo.

• Búsqueda de clientes y cierre de contratos con IPSs (Internet Service Providers) como "mayorista" (wholesale agreements) y cliente final (B2B).

• Acuerdos con terceros: proveedores de infraestructura existente, carriers, data centers, ...

• Gestión presupuestaria.

• Garantizar cumplimiento del Business Plan, KPis, técnicos, financieros y de despliegue.

• Reporte directo y continuo al CEO y al inversor internacional.

FUNCTIONS

• General management of the project in Greece.

• Execution and monitoring of the FTTH deployment plan.

• Direct communication with the investor and partners.

• Institutional representation and liaison with organizations, partners, and key stakeholders in the Greek market.

• Coordination with the group’s technical management.

• Driving and coordinating both internal and external teams.

• Client acquisition and closing contracts with ISPs (Internet Service Providers) as a wholesale provider (wholesale agreements) and with end clients (B2B).

• Agreements with third parties: existing infrastructure providers, carriers, data centers, etc.

• Budget management.

• Ensuring compliance with the Business Plan and technical, financial, and deployment KPIs.

• Direct and continuous reporting to the CEO and the international investor.

REQUISITOS

• Experiencia en Operador de telecomunicaciones (ISP), fiber company, empresa propietaria de red o grandes constructoras desplegando fibra.

• Conocimiento profundo de despliegue FTTH.

• Imprescindible nivel alto de español, inglés y griego.

• Perfil tanto operativo como estratégico.

• Se valorará muy positivamente el conocimiento y cercanía a los "players" griegos en el ámbito del FTTH (regulador, operadores,carriers, setels, constructoras, proveedores especialistas de telecomunicaciones...) y experiencia en la operación y mantenimiento de redes de fibra óptica.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a telecommunications operator (ISP), fiber company, network-owning company, or large construction firms deploying fiber.

• Deep knowledge of FTTH deployment.

• High level of Spanish, English, and Greek is essential.

• Profile with both operational and strategic capabilities.

• Knowledge of and strong connections with Greek FTTH “players” (regulator, operators,carriers, telcos, construction companies, specialized telecom suppliers, etc.) will be highly valued, as well as experience in the operation and maintenance of fiber optic networks.
