Sales Manager Brazil
DESCRIPTION COMPANY
At Sixhunters, we are seeking a Sales Manager for a fast growing international manufacturer of medical supplies that is expanding into Brazil for the first time.
RESPONSABILITIES
Sales Manager – Brazil will be responsible for building and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy in the country. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop distribution networks, manage key accounts, navigate regulatory and procurement environments, and drive revenue growth from the ground up.
Market Entry & Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and market entry strategy for Brazil
Identify target segments (hospitals, clinics, distributors, government tenders)
Conduct market analysis including competitor landscape, pricing, and customer needs
Sales & Business Development
Achieve revenue and growth targets in the Brazilian market
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare professionals
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
Identify and onboard channel partners and distributors
Channel & Key Account Management
Establish and manage a reliable distribution network across key regions
Develop strategic partnerships with major healthcare institutions
Manage key accounts to ensure long-term retention and growth
Regulatory & Compliance Support
Collaborate with regulatory teams to support product registration and compliance requirements in Brazil
Ensure adherence to local healthcare regulations and procurement processes
Team Building (Future Scope)
Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team as the business scales
Set performance targets and drive a high-performance sales culture
Lead the business in Latam countries
Reporting & Forecasting
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to leadership
Track KPIs and optimize sales performance through data-driven decisions
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
10–20 years of sales experience in medical devices or consumables preferably at some stage in past dealt with Sutures, Staplers, Hernia, Energy devices etc
Proven track record of launching or scaling products in Brazil
Strong understanding of Brazil’s healthcare system, procurement processes, and distribution channels
Experience working with distributors and managing indirect sales models
Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills. Speaking Spanish would be an added advantage.
