Land Manager


This role will be also responsible for:

  • Identify business opportunities
  • New client acquisition and existing client maintenance activity
  • Pitch development and presentation
  • Land and Investment research reports
  • Analysis and valuation of potential assets from a triple scope: technical, sales and financial
  • Proven managerial skills to lead a talented team
  • Cross Selling responsibilities across other lines of business

Fee Income & Business Generation

  • To obtain instructions on suitable properties/business in sufficient quantity to satisfy business requirements
  • To liaise with other departments when required
  • To be sensitive to changes in the local market/sector and respond effectively

Client Care

  • To build and maintain a high professional profile and be continually alert
  • to business opportunities
  • To ensure the efficient administration on all relevant Quality Assurance procedures
  • To be responsible for implementing all aspects of the office/department and its administration to established standards

Professional Standards 

  • To foster the professional image of the department and Firm at all times 
  • To observe and follow the regulations and guidelines laid down in the Firm’s internal procedures at all times
  • To ensure that all others for whom responsibility is held, also do so 
  • Local business acumen


  • Career Experience Required
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Property
  • Fluent in English  Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
  •  Entrepreneurial and natural business generator
  • Client relationship skills
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Time management
  • Current Driving License
  • Enjoys teamwork
